I.T. Manager

Reporting to the Director Finance & Administration, the position oversees the management and maintenance of adequate and efficient ICT system and provides support to users to facilitate general operations of the organization in an effective manner.

The suitable candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years relevant work experience in a busy ICT department, part of which must have been in a management position. Professional qualifications in electronics/Networking/Programming or related fields will be an added advantage.

Dentist

The Dentist will serve in the fully equipped MOHI Dental Units on full-time basis. Successful applicants must holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (B.D.S) or its equivalent from a recognized University, must be registered/licensed by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board, have valid retention certificate and be desirous to continuously improve the quality of dental care provided by the department.

Pharmacist

Applicants must have Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical technologies from an approved college with a minimum of 1 year experience in similar field.

Nutritionist

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition or Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in nutritional consultancy.

Librarian

Applicants must have a Diploma in Library Science or Information Science (Record keeping). Holders of Certificate in Library Science or Information Science can be considered if they also have 2 years’ experience in similar field.

Primary School Teacher

Applicants must have a minimum of P1 Certificate from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with the TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant teaching experience an added advantage.

High School Teacher

Applicants must have Education Degree or Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant high school teaching experience an added advantage.

Spiritual Development Officer (SDO)

The SDO will be responsible for coordinating spiritual development programs at the center level, conducting community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation as well as networking collaboration with like-minded partners. Applicants must have a Bachelors’ degree with specialty in children ministry/evangelism, Diploma in theology and or related field with experience in handling children. Basic training in Biblical Counseling and mentorship will be an added advantage.

Education Technology Assistant

This position supports the initiative of MOHI to incorporate the use of technology in our schools by helping teachers and students get the most out of the technology and to give our students powerful technology skills to prepare them for a largely technology-based workforce in the future. Applicants must be High School Graduates who also are holders of Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science or related field. ICDL certification would be an added advantage.

Security & Safety Officer

The job holder will be in charge of overseeing the security and safety of students, employees, visitors and facilities, developing and enforcing safety rules and regulations aimed at reducing risk, supervising all the activities of the contracted service provider and will be the main point of contact in the event of any emergency or security incidents with the task of investigating and preparing reports on those incidents/accidents.

Applicants must have high school education certificate supplemented by courses/diploma in security training and/or certified graduation from military/police academy or related field. S/he should have at least five years of experience in security related field, have good computer skills, knowledge of associated electronic devices and vital installations, first aid and fire-fighting skills.

Regional Education Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager-Education Mission, the position is responsible for coordinating education programs and activities in the group of schools in their region of jurisdiction. The position holder will ensure quality delivery of programs and maintenance of high professional standards of all MOHI Education programs.

Successful applicants must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education/ Social Sciences or its equivalent (a Master’s Degree is desirable) with at least five (5) years’ work experience in education sector/ organization leadership. A post graduate diploma in education and Project Management will be added advantage.

Chief Principal

The Chief Principal will oversee the operations of a Centre that has both High School and a Primary School and implement the vision of the Organization by making day-to-day decisions about educational programs, spending, staff, and facilities. Chief Principal will basically ensure that educational standards are being met in his/her centre of operation.

Successful applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in education or related qualification and a certificate / diploma in Leadership, guidance and counseling or any other relevant course with at least 5 years’ experience as a deputy head teacher in a busy school, or 3 years’ experience as a school head.

Logistics & Accounts Assistant

The position is responsible for providing administrative, accounting and logistical support to MoHI School for efficient and effective day-to-day operations. Suitable candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field, OR a Diploma qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position. CPA Section II or equivalent will be an added advantage.
