Digital Marketing and Communications: Digital Marketing Officer

Summary:
Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Competencies:
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Digital Marketing and Communications: Graphic Designer

Summary:
Create visual content for MOHI’s digital communications and print publications. The ideal candidate will be an expert designer and storyteller that can showcase our organizations messages in a compelling, visual way. Take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create graphics for emails, reports, social media posts, marketing materials, websites, printed brochures and other media.
Work with existing elements of a design created by another professional, to create cohesive designs.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
Determine the message the design should portray.
Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current organization workload.

Competencies:
Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, CorelDraw).
Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).
A keen eye for detail.
An excellent command of written English, and literary skills and devices.
Computer proficiency and typing skills.
High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Some experience with digital marketing.

Digital Marketing and Communications: Social Media Officer

Summary:
Attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically capitalizing on all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Create content calendars and schedules.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current organization workload

Competencies:
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

Digital Marketing and Communications: Video Production Officer

Summary:
Produce, shoot and edit audio/video content for MOHI’s digital communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert cinematographer and storyteller that can showcase our organizations messages in compelling ways. The successful applicant will be a team player that’s ready to give and receive feedback. You should be able to meet deadlines and multitask, as we balance multiple projects at once

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and develop audio/video content for internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other projects.
Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
Develop production schedules.
Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
Manage video library.
Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current organization workload.

Competencies: Video
Familiarity with professional cameras (Sony PMW-F3 or similar), prosumer camcorders (Sony NXCAM HXR NX3 or similar), various HD and SD formats, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding and photography.

Competencies: Audio
Familiarity with small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing.

Competencies: Post Production
Familiarity with digital video editing, still and motion graphics design, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects.

Summary:
Craft and edit content for MOHI’s digital platforms and print publications. The ideal candidate will be an expert wordsmith and storyteller that can showcase our organizations value in a compelling way. The main component of this role is to generate, nurture and convert leads through informative and engaging content. The successful applicant will be a team player that’s ready to give and receive feedback. You should be able to meet deadlines and multitask, as we balance multiple projects at once. Preference will be given to those with experience in online writing and knowledge of content marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:
Regularly produce, edit and customize content, including email, social media posts, reports, newsletters and blogs for all our digital platforms and print publications
Research, writing, editing, fact-checking, adapting and rewriting.
Create content campaigns that align with marketing objectives and company goals.
Pitch articles to third-party websites for publication and guest post on partner websites.
Perform online and on-the-ground primary research for blog posts, articles, guides and other content.
Work with the communications team to analyze content performance metrics, such as total attention time, click-through rate and social following growth, and apply those insights to improve existing content and develop better content ideas for the future.
Write and A/B test our web copy, including CTAs, value props and landing pages.
Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.
Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.
Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms.
Edit content produced by other members of the team.
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.

Competencies:
An excellent command of written English, and literary skills and devices.
Computer proficiency and typing skills.
High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
Some experience with online marketing and lead generation.

Digital Marketing and Communications: Communications Officer

Summary:
This position is responsible for creating communications strategies and materials that effectively describe and promote the organization to local and international audiences. Uses multimedia skills to capture and edit videos and photos. Works with external suppliers to develop and produce promotional material.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop communication strategies that effectively describe and promote the organization.
Research new developments related to communication and advise accordingly.
Create content for email campaigns, social media posts, the website and printed publications.
Gather success stories from students, staff and community members.
Ensure all information, online and offline, related to MOHI’s brand is current.
Coordinate the development, production and implementation of promotional material.
Capture and edit videos and photos for documentation or promotional use.
Organize and archive media according to established workflows.
Provide accurate and timely updates as requested by partners.

Competencies:
Experience in copywriting and editing
Experience in graphic design and web design
Experience with a variety of social media platforms
Proficient in MS Office; photo and video-editing software, other multimedia related software
Proficient in the use of video cameras, DSLR’s, wireless microphones, studio lights and other multimedia related equipment

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media and Communications or a related discipline.
