Primary School Teacher

Applicants must have a minimum of P1 Certificate from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with the TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant teaching experience an added advantage.

High School Teacher

Applicants must have Education Degree or Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant high school teaching experience an added advantage.

Qualifications for ECDE Teacher

  • Minimum of ECDE Certificate/Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council.
  • Registered with TSC.
  • Must have experience and training in CBC.
  • Relevant experience inECDE and particularly in the new curriculum. 
Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
  • Must have a practicing license from the Clinical Officers Council.
  • Must have experience of at least 3 years in a busy work environment.

 Qualifications

  • Diploma in Community Health Nursing from a Medical Training College.
  • Must have a practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
  • Must have experience of at least 3 years in a busy work environment.

Qualifications

  • KCSE mean grade C and above
  • Certificate or diploma in housekeeping from a recognized institution
  • Be mature in age and in Character
  • Minimum working experience at least 5 years in a learning institution
  • Must have passion and commitment to work with children/students
  • Experience in guidance and counselling is an added advantage
  • Experience in Nursing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of a Certificate in Library and Information Science or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
  • At least 6 months relevant experience, preferably in a busy multicultural environment;

Camp Mentors (34 openings)

The Camp mentor shall be responsible for leadership and mentoring of campers, providing a safe, enriching, joyful and Christ-centered experience for campers. This must be consistent with the Biblical teaching and values, and with Angaza Discovery Camp policies and procedures.

Job Description

Administrative Assistant

The position is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support including front office, customer service, logistics and procurement support to the Spiritual department.

Job Responsibilities & Qualification:

  • To offer administrative and logistics support to the spiritual department including events scheduling, office management, procurement activities, communications and partner relations.
  • Champion Curriculum and Content Development for all the spiritual programs.
  • Actively coordinate all the MOHI spiritual programs to ensure they run seamless.
  • Progressively monitor and evaluate the implementation of all the spiritual and church planting programs.
  • Undertake any other assignment as may be directed by the immediate supervisors from time to time.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or other relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Must have a good understanding of financial concepts and pay keen attention to detail.
  • Must be tech savvy with demonstrated leadership skills.

Spiritual Formation Officer

The Spiritual Formation Officer will be responsible for working with the school leaders to ensure that   the campers are well prepared to attend camp.  They will also be responsible to ensure that the mentors are available and well prepared for camp. This position is also responsible for post camp follow up and debriefing for the mentors and the campers.

Mentorship Coordinator

The Mentorship Coordinator shall be responsible for the coordination, mentorship and leadership of the mentors, ensuring that the camp programs run smoothly. They will also ensure that the camp mentors provide a safe, enriching, joyful and Christ centered experience for the campers, consistent with the Angaza discovery camp policies, procedures and biblical teachings. This position is directly responsible for the making preparations before the camp and effective running of programs during and after the camp.  Other responsibilities include planning camping sessions, monitoring their progress, coordinating meetings and overseeing Camp mentors.
