Summary:
- A degree in education or related field with at least five (5) years’ experience of managing a school.
- A course in Management &/or Administration an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate outstanding management and administration abilities.
- Possess strong computer skills, particularly in the areas of databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Christian with demonstrated commitment, and active involvement in church.
- Strong analytical, communication, dynamic thinking skills and result oriented.
- Very good knowledge in financial and resource management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people at different levels including children, community members, church leaders, and donor agencies.

High School Principal
Summary:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in education or related discipline.
- Registered with the TSC with at least 5 years teaching and 2 years leadership experience in secondary school setting.
- Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken and technologically savvy.
- A certificate / Diploma in Leadership, Guidance and Counseling or any other relevant course is an added advantage.

Head Teacher
Summary:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
- Must have 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 in a leadership position.
- A certificate / Diploma in Leadership, Diploma in Education Management, Guidance and Counseling or any other relevant course is an added advantage.
- Registered with the TSC with relevant teaching experience.
- Ability to analyze and review policies & procedures, and make recommendations to the management.
- Ability to plan and implement strategies for successful achievement of agreed goals.

High School Teacher
Summary:
The position is responsible for developing schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives, developing the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable optimum development of children and facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students through organization of the learning environment. The job provides responsibility for exam materials – report books, evaluation records, class register, record book, lesson note books, record of work, schemes of work.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

ECDE Teacher
Summary:
- Minimum of ECDE Certificate/Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council.
- Registered with TSC.
- Must have experience and training in CBC.
- Relevant experience inECDE and particularly in the new curriculum.
- Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken.
Social Worker
Summary:
The position is responsible to promote holistic transformation to the child, the family and the community using Community Health Education (CHE) principles. The holder identifies problems, develops and obtains resources and information in order to improve the spiritual, educational, physical, psychosocial and economic wellbeing of children, their families and communities. Applicants must be Degree holders.
Child Sponsorship Officer
Summary:
- Degree in Community Development/Social Work/Theology.
- A minimum of (2) two years in Community Development and/or Social Work.

Clinical Officer
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with the clinical Officers’ council with a current practicing license.
- A certificate in Voluntary Counselling and Testing from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years previous experience in a clinical officer position.
- Strong Christian with demonstrated commitment, and active involvement in church.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective team player.
- Experience working with HIV care and treatment programs
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office, Internet and e-mail.
- Effective communication skills and be fluent in oral and written English and Kiswahili.
- Must be a person of unquestionable integrity.

Nurse
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Posseses a diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Kenya Community Registered Health Nurse
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Certificate in Counseling or Psychology desirable
- Three (3) years relevant work experience more so in a school setting working with children
- Strong Christian with demonstrated commitment, and active involvement in church.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective team player.
- Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office, Internet and e-mail.

Internal Audit, Compliance & Risk – Senior Officer
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- The holder must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with at least five (5) years of professional experience as a Senior Auditor or similar position.
- Conversant with IFRS, GAAP and current trends in International Reporting.
- Conversant with compliance, Internal control framework and Information System Audits in the NGO and Public sector.
- Member of a recognized accounting and/ auditing professional body i.e. ICPAK, IAA, ACCA or any other body recognized and in good standing.
Internal Audit Officer 1
Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field with advantage of CPA Section 5 or Advanced professional Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar position in the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance function in Public sector or in a similar organization.
- Conversant with compliance, Internal control framework and Information System Audits in the NGO and Public sector.
IT Support Officer – Systems
Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Development skills (Python) and Microsoft SQL will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in a busy I.T department
- Knowledge in SQL and data mining.
- Knowledge in networking, internet, license administration.
- Knowledge in data protection act and cloud computing.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

IT Support Officer – Hardware & Networking
Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- At least 2 years relevant work experience in a busy IT department
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts.
- Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a current practicing license.
- Certificate in Voluntary Counselling and Testing from a recognized institution.
- At least 1-year previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Technologist position.
