Executive Driver

This position is responsible for driving the Executive Director; carry out simple vehicle mechanical diagnosis, service and maintenance; maintain the state of the organization’s vehicles in a clean and mechanically sound condition within the legal requirements of the Government of Kenya while being flexible to do other assignments when not engaged in driving.

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of ‘O’ level or high school certificate of education, AA driving certification of competency, a current certificate of good conduct, a clean valid driving license class ABCE with PSV endorsement and at least five (5) years accident-free driving of PSV or Institutional vehicles. S/he must have undergone some basic first aid and firefighting training and qualified in a defensive driving course. Occupational trade test III and training with the National Youth Service will be an added advantage.

Senior Human Resource Officer

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for the execution of the various functions of HR Management in order to ensure that MoHI attracts, develops and retains skilled and highly motivated workforce capable of delivering the organization’s strategic objectives.

The holder must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Organizational Development or related field, and be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya and a Certified Human Resource Practitioner with at least 3 years’ experience in a demanding HR environment.

Human Resource Officer

This position is responsible for maintaining a motivated workforce through implementation of HR Policies and Procedures for the staff in the Organization. It is also responsible for administrative tasks in the department that make MoHI a better place to work.

The holder must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, Organizational Development or related field, and be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management of Kenya with at least 2 years’ working experience.

Primary School Teachers

Applicants must have a minimum of P1 Certificate from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with the TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant teaching experience an added advantage.

High School Teachers

Applicants must have Education Degree or Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council and be registered with TSC. Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken is required, and relevant high school teaching experience an added advantage.

Special Needs Teachers

Applicants must have a minimum of P1 Certificate from Kenya National Examination Council and a Certificate or Diploma in Special Needs Education and be registered with the TSC. Relevant experience in SNE is required with proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken.

Fleet Supervisor

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of diploma level qualification in education, a clean valid driving license class ABCE with PSV endorsement and at least five (5) years accident-free driving of PSV or Institutional vehicles. S/he must have experience of supervising fleet of company vehicles and possess qualifications in automobile mechanics. Occupational trade test II and training with the National Youth Service will be an added advantage.
