Summary:
- A degree in education or related field with at least five (5) years’ experience of managing a school.
- A course in Management &/or Administration an added advantage.

- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High School Principal
Summary:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in education or related discipline.
- Registered with the TSC with at least 5 years teaching and 2 years leadership experience in secondary school setting.
- Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken and technologically savvy.
- A certificate / Diploma in Leadership, Guidance and Counseling or any other relevant course is an added advantage.
- Core leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and management skills.
Head Teacher
Summary:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a recognized institution.
- Must have 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 3 in a leadership position.
- A certificate / Diploma in Leadership, Diploma in Education Management, Guidance and Counseling or any other relevant course is an added advantage.
- Registered with the TSC with relevant teaching experience.
- Ability to analyze and review policies & procedures, and make recommendations to the management.
- Ability to plan and implement strategies for successful achievement of agreed goals.
- Ability to develop, nurture and work in a team.

High School Teacher
Summary:
The position is responsible for developing schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives, developing the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable optimum development of children and facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students through organization of the learning environment. The job provides responsibility for exam materials – report books, evaluation records, class register, record book, lesson note books, record of work, schemes of work.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Must have solid training and experience in teaching Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).

- Must be willing to work in any of MOHI’s Centers across the country.
ECDE Teacher
Summary:
- Minimum of ECDE Certificate/Diploma from Kenya National Examination Council.
- Registered with TSC.
- Must have experience and training in CBC.
- Relevant experience inECDE and particularly in the new curriculum.
- Proficiency in English & Kiswahili; both written and spoken.
Social Worker
Summary:
The position is responsible to promote holistic transformation to the child, the family and the community using Community Health Education (CHE) principles. The holder identifies problems, develops and obtains resources and information in order to improve the spiritual, educational, physical, psychosocial and economic wellbeing of children, their families and communities. Applicants must be Degree holders.
Clinical Officer
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with the clinical Officers’ council with a current practicing license.
- A certificate in Voluntary Counselling and Testing from a recognized institution
- At least 3 years previous experience in a clinical officer position.
- Strong Christian with demonstrated commitment, and active involvement in church.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective team player.
- Experience working with HIV care and treatment programs
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in IT applications including MS Office, Internet and e-mail.
- Effective communication skills and be fluent in oral and written English and Kiswahili.
- Must be a person of unquestionable integrity.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Attend and participate in the daily devotions.
- Should be able to promote and safeguard the welfare of the children and young people he/she is taking care of.
Pharmaceutical Technologist
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a current practicing license.
- Certificate in Voluntary Counselling and Testing from a recognized institution.
- At least 1-year previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Technologist position.

- Valid licence by KMLTTB.
- Must be registered with the KMLTTB with a current valid practicing license.
- A certificate in Voluntary Counselling and Testing from a recognized institution
- 3 years’ experience in haematology, biochemistry and microbiology.
Nurse
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Kenya Community Registered Health Nurse
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Certificate in Counseling or Psychology desirable
- Three (3) years relevant work experience more so in a school setting working with children
