- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Social work or related field qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Camp Facilitator (Grade 10)
Summary:
- A minimum age of 24 years, born again and an active member of a Bible believing Church.
- Cultivate your own spiritual growth by actively pursuing the spiritual disciplines of a Christian life.
- A minimum of a Diploma in any field. Experience in camp ministry, student/youth mentorship is an added advantage.
- Ability, confidence, and knowledge to lead a small group of youth campers in daily Bible study.
- Willingness and ability to perform a wide variety of functions and help wherever is needed.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), reporting, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in interacting with people of various ages from multi-cultural backgrounds.
- Keen on details and possess analytical and decision making skills.

Fire Safety Advocate
Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Certificate in Disaster Management, Security Management, Community Health or any related field.
- Must have proven evidence of formal firefighter training program.
- Must have experience in connecting with community members and community leaders to organize events and activities.
- Background in community training, fire and disaster services, international communications and cultural collaboration.
- Able to use technology for data collection and communication.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent organizational skills
Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required.
- Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.
- Knowledge and high proficiency in use of ICT.
