Senior IT Officer
Summary:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration, application development, user
support, or IT infrastructure management.
• Experience working in education or non-profit sectors is an added advantage.

Logistics and Accounts Assistants
Summary:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or other relevant degree
• Post graduate Diploma in Management.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• CPA Section II or equivalent (ideally related with a degree)
Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications
• Good negotiation skills with business acumen are essential.
• Ability to effectively respond to daily changing priorities, with good problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Must have a good understanding of financial concepts and pay keen attention to detail
• Mature proactive person with initiative and drive with high level of integrity.
• Ability to observe deadlines and achieve results
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Must be a committed Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities.

Social Worker
Summary:
- A holder of Bachelor’s degree in community development/ social work/ project management/ public health/ Theology/ Business/ Counselling.
- Diploma holders in the above disciplines who have at least 3 years relevant experience can also be considered.
Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required
- Strong Christian with demonstrated commitment, and active involvement in church.
- Computer literate and tech savvy
- Flexibility and open to learn
- Experience and passion to work in vulnerable communities
- Counselling skills (even if acquired through in-house training)
- Training in First Aid
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work with people at different levels including children, community members, church leaders, and donor agencies.
- Effective communication & report writing skills and fluent in oral and written English and Kiswahili.
- Ability to develop, nurture and maintain productive networks.

Graphic Designer
Summary:
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across print and digital media for various types of design projects.
- Understanding of design for social good, with sensitivity to issues affecting marginalized communities.
