There are a few places where you can find more information about the child you are sponsoring. When you first began your sponsorship, you should have received a new sponsorship packet in the mail. Within this packet was a half-page profile card with additional information about the child you began sponsoring. This includes birthdate, school name, parental information, etc. If you did not receive this packet or may have misplaced it, you are welcome to reach out to our US Office and the Sponsorship Team will be happy to send you a new profile card.
Additionally, you can also view your sponsor child’s profile information through your online account. Once you create an online account or login to your existing account, you will have the ability to view your sponsored child and additional information about them as well as communicate directly with them through our online messaging platform. You can view your account through our website or mobile app.
