In most cases, all monetary donations are eligible for employer matching. This typically includes recurring gifts such as, $40 per month to sponsor a child, as well as one-time contributions, like a $200 donation toward a water project. Many companies will also match special project gifts, year-end giving, and even donations made in honor or memory of someone.
