Baba Dogo

Baba Dogo is an informal settlement in Nairobi’s Eastland area that has an approximate population of 30,000 people. There are high levels of poverty, unemployment, and insecurity among its younger population.

The main economic activities are small businesses, tailoring and working as laborers in the light industries that surround the area. The school is a beacon of hope in this community since it serves very needy families.
