We understand that life can be busy and it’s easy to overlook details no matter how important they may be to us. If we see that there is missed support, we will make 3 attempts to reach you to update your information and discuss how we can get you back on track with your sponsorship.
We’re here to help you catch up so that you can maintain the special relationship you’ve built with your sponsored child. Our program’s success relies on sponsors fulfilling their commitments. If we don’t receive support for your child for three consecutive months and our attempts to reach you remain unanswered, we will have to cancel your sponsorship. This allows us to find a new sponsor to support the child. If you find yourself behind in support, please contact our US Office as soon as possible.
