Hope Transforms: A Success Story

Lucy* is a parent at our MOHI Kiwandani Center. We met her when our local pastor was evangelizing at her home during a visit. This is when the Holy Spirit convicted her heart and she gave her life to Jesus. When she gave her life to Christ she was filled with joy.
As she got to know about Jesus and was being disciplined she decided to bring her children to be dedicated at Trinity Chapel – Kiwandani. At this time her sons had been unwell and weak. They had been to the doctors, but after many tests the doctors couldn’t find what the problem was. After the boys were dedicated in the church. Her son’s health began to improve and he left the church a healed child.
After God performed this miracle Lucy decided to give more of herself to the church. She became involved in the church and chose to serve. She joined the foundational class and was baptized! In her excitement on what the Lord has done for her she has been telling people about Jesus and about her church. She has been able to bring her friends who also gave their lives to Christ and have also become heavily involved in the church.
Lucy has grown so much in her faith as she seeks for God in more areas of her life. We thank God for his healing and restoring power and for Lucy and her family.
