Sponsor a Child at Kibarani

For $38/month, or roughly $1.25 a day, you can make a direct and profound difference in a child’s life. Your sponsorship ensures that your sponsored child receives an excellent Christian education, nutritious food, medical care, and the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Hope Transforms: A Success Story

Emmanuel is the newest staff member at the Kibarani center. He is a father of three and two of his children attend the school – in grade five and kindergarten.

Before MOHI came to the Kibarani community, Emmanuel was a chronic drunkard who was having marital problems and was also struggling financially. Although his children were attending a local school, Emmanuel was really straining to pay their school fees. Thankfully, his two sons were recruited to join our school where they would benefit from two nutritious meals every day.

During one of the home visits by the school chaplain, Emmanuel accepted Jesus as the Lord and Savior of his life. He joined Trinity Chapel where he went through the discipleship class and was later baptized. Together with his wife and children, Emmanuel now fellowships at Trinity Chapel where he is also actively serving God.

When there was a job opening for kitchen staff at the school, Emmanuel was among the people who applied and glory to God he got the job. This marked a great milestone in his life because it solved most of his financial-related problems. He is doing his work with a lot of enthusiasm and a grateful heart.

Emmanuel is now a happy man who is born-again, enjoying the peace of God in his life, with children going to school, and now has a reliable source of income that is enabling him to provide for his family.

He is very hopeful about his life and says that he is assured of a great future ahead. He is also grateful to God for bringing Missions of Hope to his community.
